Therapy

At Zen Psychological Center (with the exception of Brittany Goff) , our therapists and nurse practitioner are in network providers with:

• CareFirst,
• Blue Cross Blue Choice
• Cigna
• United Healthcare
• Aetna

Each insurance plan is different, therefore the cost of your session will be the copay amount for your individual plan.

If you would like to use your out of network benefits, we can provide you with Superbill for reimbursement from your insurance company.

Private pay rate for therapy intake: $155

Private pay rate for therapy session: $135

Brittany Goff, LCSW-C is an out of network provider.  This means that you will be responsible for the fee of the session, and we will provide you with a Superbill to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Initial Intakes and follow up sessions: $200

30 minute consultations (providers & clients) are $100

60 minute consultations (providers & clients) are $200

Our weekly support groups are free of charge

Medication Management

Dr. Stacy Mallare is in network with Carefirst, Cigna, United Healthcare, and Aetna.  Your copay amount will be based on your individual insurance plan

Private Pay Rates: $200 for a medical evaluation for medication

Follow up for medication management: $100
